On Monday, October 14, 2013 all former Core Business Bank accounts converted to Puget Sound Bank accounts. For a more complete review of changes and other information please refer to the Accounts and Services Overview.

Will I continue to have an assigned customer service representative?

Yes. Puget Sound Bank operates in the same manner as Core Business Bank (CBB). Your recently assigned customer service officer (CSO) is here to provide you the outstanding level of customer service you have received in the past. Customer service representatives work closely with your relationship manager to support all your deposit service needs.

What changes can I anticipate for online banking?

Online banking will be unavailable beginning Friday, October 11, 2013 at 5:00 pm until Monday, October 14, 2013 at 8:00 am.

Beginning October 14, 2013 at 8:00 am former Core Business Bank customers can access online banking services through www.PugetSoundBank.com. Please bookmark the new URL or save it to your favorites to avoid any inconvenience in the future.

How do I contact my relationship manager or customer service officer?

Calls made to previous CBB telephone numbers will automatically redirect to the receptionist phone line at Puget Sound Bank (PSB). They will redirect you to the correct person. Emails to CBB email addresses will be forwarded to new PSB email addresses.

How will my account information change?

For specific information about how your account will change please refer to information mailed to you September 1, 2013.

Do I need to order checks with Puget Sound Bank’s name and routing number?

No. You may continue to use your current Core Business Bank checks. The routing number for Core Business Bank will remain functional for several more years.

Will there be changes to my service charges and fees?

Please refer to your information mailed September 1, 2013 for specific information about your account(s).
