On September 1, 2013 we mailed a Welcome Guide to former Core Business Bank customers, which included a letter from our president and chief executive officer, Jim Mitchell. The letter included important information specific to each customer. If you did not receive your letter please call our customer service department at (425) 455-2400.

Highlights of the letter included:
The conversion of Core Business Bank account(s) to Puget Sound Bank will take place on October 14, 2013.

In October, Core Business Bank current account(s) and services will change to similar accounts and services at Puget Sound Bank.

Core Business Bank debit Visa® card holders will receive a new Puget Sound Bank platinum debit MasterCard® in early October. A Personal Identification Number (PIN) will follow 2-3 days later.

Information about online banking and critical dates that require action are highlighted in the Accounts and Services Overview.

Former Core Business Bank customers may continue to use existing Core Business Bank checks. When ordering new checks through Puget Sound Bank, we will automatically update new checks from Puget Sound Bank with the correct routing number. Former Core Business Bank customers are asked to contact us if they order checks through another source or print your own checks.

Also enclosed with the Accounts and Services Overview were applicable disclosure documents and a Schedule of Fees effective October 1, 2013. These documents are our contractual agreement with former Core Business Bank customers and include detailed information and terms that apply to specific account(s). By maintaining accounts with us, former Core Business Bank customers are indicating their agreement to these terms. All account signers will remain the same unless customers notify us otherwise.

In the letter we mailed former Core Business Bank customers, we listed the account(s) in our records as of August 19, 2013. We addressed the letter to the owner(s) named on the accounts. Customers with a combination of both personal and business accounts, more than one business account or accounts with different ownership received separate mailings.

The letter summarized deposit account(s) and product changes. In addition to calling your relationship manager, please feel free to call (425) 455-2400 and ask for our customer service department if you have any questions about your new Puget Sound Bank account(s).
