Our Commitment to Our Customers Remains Unchanged
Last week we announced the acquisition of Puget Sound Bank by Heritage Bank. Here is a brief overview:

Heritage Bank places great value on the relationships Puget Sound Bank has built with each of our clients and is committed to ensuring that your experience remains extraordinary. Their culture and focus are closely aligned to ours: serving businesses and individuals with an emphasis on providing customized solutions with exceptional care. They are a strong, local institution that has served the Puget Sound region for 90 years.

The PSB individuals and teams that serve you will remain unchanged. We will continue to operate from our downtown Bellevue location and will soon be able to offer the added convenience of 59 branches in the Puget Sound region (10 in King County).

Our relationship managers and credit analysts, as well as the PSB cash management and customer service teams, will continue to serve you with the same superior care as always. The credit approval process will remain local with our current staff.

It is business as usual: providing our extraordinary service, pursuing new opportunities, investing in our communities. As we move forward I will continue to keep you apprised of key milestones such as regulatory and shareholder approvals, which we expect in the next three to six months.

To help ensure a smooth experience for each of our customers I will remain with Heritage Bank after the transaction is complete as the Market President – King County. Sean Brennan will serve as a Regional Commercial Banking Manager; Tony Chalfant as a Regional Credit Officer; and Katherine Thompson and Steve Vincent will remain as Commercial Banking Team Leaders.

If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to call or email me, or you can reach out to your regular contact such as your relationship manager or customer service representative.
